Front Doors (each):
Since there's no room behind the trim panel, the barrier will have to go inside the door, probably on the outer skin. Unless there is a humongous access hole, you may have to remove the glass to do this. I would use 8 2" squares of Velcro to mount these pieces in each door. Three across the top, three across the bottom and two in the middle.

I'd be inclined to use PVC Duct Tape to tape the top edge of the CCF and MLV to the door to prevent water from running behind it, if the doors aren't watertight.

Installation Notes:

Each of the materials you'll use are waterproof. The CLD Tiles™ you will apply to the sheet metal will protect the sheet metal from corrosion. The basic foil faced butyl adhesive structured use used to protect petroleum pipelines in the Arctic and at the equator. Much thinner foil there because its only for UV protection.

CCF and MLV are both impervious to water but can present a problem if water gets trapped under them. There are two possibilities. If your Jeep gets wet as a daily driver and you pull the floor mats out and let the carpet dry, you'll want to make sure there are no paths available for water to follow. I would make sure all seams and openings are as tight as possible and tape the edges to the vehicle using PVC tape like 3M 2120 Duct Tape.

If your Jeep gets wet because you drive it through water that comes into the passenger compartment and you pull out the flooring to clean it out, leave the edges untaped since the whole assembly will be removable and reinstallable like a very heavy carpet.

In either case, the idea is to install the CCF and MLV in such a way that when you need to remove it, you can and then replace it when you're done. You'll just have to remove and replace the tape in the first scenario. Doesn't change the material needs.
